    The 10NMB420 neodymium transducer has been developed in response to a specific market requirement for a 10” midbass driver that combines excellent linearity with good efficiency and high power handling capabilities.&lt;br/&gt;The 10NMB420 is primarily intended for use as a midbass driver in line-arrays as well as high quality 2-way or multiway reflex enclosures. The low pass filter might be positioned as high as 2000Hz.&lt;br/&gt;The extremely powerful external neodymium magnet assembly assures high flux concentration, low power compression and excellent heat exchange. The levels of force factor and power handling are, as a consequence, at the upper professional level with best power to weight ratio. &lt;br/&gt;The 65mm Ø state-of-the-art, aluminum wire voice coil employs Interleaved Sandwich Voice coil (ISV) technology. It is composed by a high strength fiberglas former used to carry windings on both the outer and inner surfaces, in order to achieve a mass balanced coil. This results in an extremely linear motor assembly which, in conjunction with the highly advanced design of the magnetic structure, provides a high BL force factor. &lt;br/&gt;The voice coil is cooled through airways placed between the chassis back plate and the magnet faceplate. In this way heated air is channeled away from the voice coil and the gap.&lt;br/&gt;Another technology present into the 10NMB420 is the SDR (Single Demodulating Ring), used to reproduce instantaneous peak on mid frequencies, reducing intermodulation distortion.&lt;br/&gt;Thanks to the increasing use during outdoor audio events, the ability to perform in humid environments is an extra key feature of the 10NMB420. This is achieved trough an exclusively developed cone treatment which renders the cone humidity repellent while does not increasing the total moving speaker mass.</description>

The 8 mm Xmax ensures good travel control and linear excursion. &lt;br/&gt;The 50 mm diameter state-of-the-art, copper wire voice coil employs same technology fitted to our top-of-the-range models, that is our Interleaved Sandwich Voice coil (ISV) technology. A high strength fiberglas former carries windings on both the outer and inner surfaces to achieve a mass balanced coil.     The 10MB600 mid-bass transducer represents a development of the 10M600 midrange, combining excellent linearity with high efficiency and high power handling capabilities. The 10MB600 is primarily intended for use as a midbass driver in extremely compact 2-way reflex enclosures between 10 and 40 lt.&lt;br/&gt;Its curvilinear paper cone is formed using a special high strength wood pulp, designed to achieve the best possible rigidity and stiffness. An exclusive treatment is also applied to the cone to increase its water repellent properties. &lt;br/&gt;The 75 mm state-of-the-art voice coil is similar to those fitted to our top-of-the-range 18&quot; and 15&quot; models but it is wound with aluminum wire. The coil also employs our Interleaved Sandwich Voice coil (ISV) technology. A high strength fiberglas former carries windings on both the outer and inner surfaces to achieve a mass balanced coil, resulting in an extremely linear motor assembly with a reduced tendency for eccentric behavior when driven hard. &lt;br/&gt;The voice coil cooling is achieved using airways between the chassis back plate and the face plate of the magnet which allow heated air from the voice coil and gap to be channeled away and dissipated by the chassis basket. This technology is a result of 3D CAD resource application by our engineers. &lt;br/&gt;The top and back plates of the magnet assembly have been designed to optimise flux density and BL factor in the air gap also using our in-house FEA CAD facility. &lt;br/&gt;In addition, a special treatment is applied to the top and back plates making the transducer far more resistant to the corrosive effects of salts and oxidization. It is the result of an intensive development program which aimed to produce the best 10&quot; ferrite midrange driver available. &lt;br/&gt;The smooth curvilinear paper cone has a special high strength wood pulp composition and has been designed to achieve the best possible linearity within the middle frequency range and to control bell-mode resonances around the cone circumference. The cone is carried by a double half-roll suspension composed of a material which is more resistant to aging and fatigue than traditional materials, providing the correct damping and excursion control. &lt;br/&gt;The 75 mm state-of-the-art voice coil assembly incorporates a fine edge-wound aluminum wire together with a strong fiberglas former to get the necessary force factor, mass lightness and high power handling. &lt;br/&gt;The voice coil is cooled using airways between the chassis back plate and the magnet face plate, which allow heated air from the voice coil and gap to be channeled away and dissipated by the chassis basket. This technology is another product of 3D CAD resource application by our engineers. &lt;br/&gt;The magnetic structure has also been optimized using our in-house FEA CAD resource which has maximized the flux density in the voice coil gap. &lt;br/&gt;A special treatment is applied to both the top and back plates making them more resistant to the corrosive effects of salts and oxidation.
